Defensive Driving is defined as “driving to save lives, time, and money, in spite of the conditions around you and the actions of others.” It is a form of training for motor vehicle a driver that goes beyond the mastery of the rules of the road and the basic mechanics of driving.

Defensive Driving is aimed to reduce the risk of collision by anticipating dangerous situations, despite adverse conditions or the mistakes of others. This can be achieved through adherence to a variety of general rules, as well as the practice of specific driving techniques.

Therefore, training related to defensive driving or safety whilst driving has emerged as an important program. With such programs, employers may look forward to have an improvement in their productivity, quality and services rendered to its employees.

The training should cover but not limited to the objectives below:

  1. To identify defensive driving concepts and principles
  2. To identify statistics relevant to accidents and death
  3. To discuss negative and positive driving habits
  4. To discuss road craft and system of vehicle control
  5. To discuss driver attitudes, behaviors and hazards
  6. To identify correct emergency braking technique
  7. To perform emergency accident avoidance
  8. To identify types of skid and correction

In-house Client’s site.

Training Requirements

  • One vehicle for demonstration purpose.
  • Ample space (~50m x 20m) such as parking area for demonstration.
